The compositions in these paintings has been created over a period of time with how Gavin has applied the paints to the surface of each canvases. The delicate details brings life in each composition and reflects the artist’s state of mind. He enjoys creating different tones to represent a sense of depth to the subject matters, and progressing a new fashion of contemporary painting in 2024.

 

Objects are shifting in different perspectives and his use of colour palette is improving and gives of Gavin’s personality. The dexterity difficulties due to the Cerebral Palsy is quite precise and the build up of paint separates Gavin’s paintings from previous years to a mature level and an understanding of other artists methodologies of painting.
